BMS (Biller Direct) requires the latest Java installed

There have been a few calls logged where the message "user master not created" appears when accessing BMS. We have been advised that installing the latest version of Java should clear these errors.

The link to install and upgrade Java can be found at http://www.java.com/en/ - when you install be sure to untick the option to install the 'Ask' toolbar

NCC Payroll Claims - New Web Link

The Nottinghamshire County Council Payroll Claims system will be getting a new URL from 30th August. If you access the payroll claims system from the WIRED quick link panel then you will see no change as the link will updated by NCC. If you access the system via a favourite in Internet Explorer as a shortcut on your desktop then you need to amend those to point to the link below - or start using the WIRED quick links.
