BMS (Biller Direct) requires the latest Java installed

There have been a few calls logged where the message "user master not created" appears when accessing BMS. We have been advised that installing the latest version of Java should clear these errors.

The link to install and upgrade Java can be found at http://www.java.com/en/ - when you install be sure to untick the option to install the 'Ask' toolbar

You might as well run through the wizard for all machines that access BMS. If you still get errors when using BMS even after installing Java then please email helpdesk@nottscc.gov.uk
