Adding an alias to an EMBC email account (+ video guide)

It is now possible to add mailbox aliases to your EMBC mail addresses...

i.e. all emails sent to the alias admin@email.com can be redirected to the office@email.com address.

Other uses would be to add aliases to current mailboxes which may have spelling mistakes or strange numbers in them i.e. head21@email.com could have an alias of head@email.com and so emails sent to either address will get sent to the head.

The function is available within the messaging area of user management (SUMS). Secondary schools will have access to this while primaries can log a call with the servicedesk to get aliases set up.
