FREE SSL Server Certificates now available from the JANET service.

We now have access to request free Comodo SSL server certificates for any .sch.uk domain. All you need to do is email your CSR as either text or an attachment, along with duration of certificate required (1, 2 or 3 years) and the OS of the server that requires the certificate. We'll then do the rest and your certificate will be emailed to you.

Please email your request to helpdesk@nottscc.gov.uk. We will accept any recognised technical staff email address from your school domain.

NB: the CSR must contain a .sch.uk domain as the first Common Name to enable the school facility, however other Subject Alternative Names (SANs) are allowed, including non-.sch.uk domains, such as schoolname.co.uk.
