Junk Mail Administration

There appears to be a spate of phishing and scam emails at present.
Unless you are 100% certain that the message is genuine you should NOT open or click on any links in these mails.

Our advice would be to add these senders to the block list in Junk mail.

To do this highlight the message (Do not open it) then right click and choose ADD TO BLOCKED SENDERS

You can check who has previously been blocked by going to - ACTIONS – JUNK MAIL and JUNK E-MAIL OPTIONS. You should get the panel shown below. Just click the Blocked Senders tab to view who you've blocked.

 
Add names to your Safe Senders List

If the Junk E-mail Filter mistakenly marks an e-mail message as junk, you can add the sender of that message to the Safe Senders List. E-mail addresses and domain names that appear in the Safe Senders List are never treated as junk.

Click Add.

In the Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, enter the name or address that you want to add. For example, you can add the following types of addresses:
someone@example.com
@example.com
example.com

Click OK.
