Privacy Notice - (Previously Fair Processing Notice)

The original 'Fair Processing Notice' was replaced by the 'Privacy Notice' in 2009. This relates to the data protection implications of sharing staff details with other organisations, including the Local Authority (LA) and DfE. The revised privacy notice should have been seen by all staff and schools must also issue the Privacy Notice to any new staff starting during the year.

Additional NJC APT&C 37 hour scales for manual input

The vast majority of NJC APT&C 37 hour scales are included within Personnel 7. However your Cyborg report may list some additional scales which are in use at your school and will need to be added to your service terms. For the details needed to record these additional scales please refer to the spreadsheet below.

Personnel Reports

PLEASE NOTE: The pre-defined Personnel absence analysis report does NOT display ‘working days lost’ figures. However, this data can be included in any reports created via the standard SIMS .net report designer.

Follow the instructions below to download a sample absence reports created via the Sims .net report wizard.
