New User for 1C1N portal - including email address

Fill out this form to create a single new user for the 1C1N portal. You can also select to include an email address and choose your format. If you need multiple accounts created i.e. a new intake then please contact the servicedesk.

The submitters name

This is the submitters email. It MUST be a school email address. A confirmation will be sent to this address and the office email if different.

The first name of the user to be created
