School VPN Order Form

A virtual private network (VPN) allows you to connect to your school network over the internet in a secure manner. The school VPN access solution utilises a browser based system to access your resources at school from anywhere you have access to a web browser. All resources that you normally use e.g. SIMS, Outlook, MS Office plus all your files and folders are available.

Fronter - Data Export from SIMS 2010

The Fronter start of year process is now open to all schools who have not yet created their 2010-11 building. The process for you to request an initial data export from SIMS into your new 2010 Fronter building is to complete this form paying special attention to the mandatory agreement request below.

Getting Changes made to the 1C1N Firewall

Whenever a change is needed on the 1C1N network we need to get a completed form sent in with all the details entered onto it.

The type of changes commonly requested are the introduction of a new server in school which needs external visibility i.e. email server, web server, CCTV system, heating system or photocopier reporting. Changes can also relate to port availability or DNS changes i.e. sub-domains pointing to certain IP's for VLE's.

New User for 1C1N portal - including email address

Fill out this form to create a single new user for the 1C1N portal. You can also select to include an email address and choose your format. If you need multiple accounts created i.e. a new intake then please contact the servicedesk.
